A new-to-market construction company has hopes for a big second year in New Mexico as it rebrands and adds to its capabilities.

El Paso, Texas-based EPPX Construction announced it will change its name to EPX Construction Partners. With the rebrand, EPX Construction will not only be a general contractor but a developer that acquires real estate assets. EPX Construction regional VP of operations Ty Perry said the time is right to expand its presence. He cited a growing pipeline of projects, a year to establish itself within the market and an increased investment from major employers like Amazon, Facebook, Netflix and others.

“There are so many exciting things happening in New Mexico,” Perry said. “It looks like a warehouse and industrial markets are starting to shoot up. I think the timing is just right to come in.”

EPPX Construction announces rebrand to EPX Construction Partners

While expanding operations into New Mexico, EPX takes the opportunity to refresh the look of the company.

General Contractor EPPX Construction is proud to announce a rebrand to EPX Construction Partners. In response to the expansion and growth of the company, EPX used this opportunity to refresh the look and feel of the business. The rebrand includes a new name, logo, website, and mission statement to better reflect the company’s evolution and goals.

The new name, EPX Construction Partners, has the familiar feel of EPPX acknowledging where the company began while opening the business to new possibilities. EPX Construction Partners highlights the collaborative approach necessary for successful builds. The approach to construction, development, teamwork, and client relationships are what make EPX a success. President of EPX, Chris Malooly said, “We couldn’t do this job without all the incredible people we work with. Together, as partners, we are EPX. Our new name now reflects that.”

In May 2020, EPX opened a new office location in Albuquerque, New Mexico. EPX was pushing its El Paso borders, and with significant work lined up, the expansion into New Mexico was the next step for the company. “EPX’s standards for construction instilled the confidence in the New Mexico team to open an Albuquerque office. We are thrilled to expand the company to this market, bringing the quality that EPX is known for,” said EPX Vice President Larry “Ty” Perry. EPX Construction Partners recently celebrated their first anniversary in New Mexico and has worked with clients including the City of Albuquerque, Santo Domingo Pueblo, Albuquerque School of Excellence, among many others.
