In addition to EPX’s portfolio, our team members have an established history of successfully delivering over 100 educational facilities throughout the Southwest.

Albuquerque School of Excellence: Albuquerque, NM

New two-story 52,000 sq ft school with 21 classrooms, library, hybrid gymnasium/cafeteria, office spaces, and student learning spaces. This project also included renovating their existing facility, including offices, cafeteria, and lounge spaces, and refurbishment of TPO roofing. The building exterior included a complete facade upgrade with stucco and metal panel systems.


Harmony School of Science – Addison: El Paso, TX

New construction of a 58,000 sq ft elementary school. The unique exterior includes metal panels in “Harmony Blue,” slanted lines, and “pencil” columns. The school is divided into four wings surrounding a communal courtyard. Interior features include a gymnasium, library, and a multipurpose cafeteria and gymnasium that incorporates a stage for performances or other school activities.

El Paso Leadership Academy: El Paso, TX

New construction of a 72,000 sq ft charter school for middle and high school students. This two-story building includes administrative offices, classrooms, a hybrid gymnasium/cafeteria, and a library. Unique to this charter school are student breakout spaces and an atrium spanning two floors with two sets of monument staircases and a slide from the top floor to the communal area. The facade of the school is complete with metal cladding.

T’syia Enrichment & Learning Center: Zia, NM

New construction of a 10,200 sq ft early childhood constructed using two prefabricated metal buildings. The two metal buildings are connected by a glass reception area allowing both buildings to function. The new facility includes a reception area, classrooms, staff offices, a teacher’s workroom, a multi-purpose room, a commercial kitchen, and a playground.


4,000 sq ft annex building to an existing childcare facility. The addition added new classrooms, common areas, and a playground.
