Corporate/Retail. EPX has extensive retail experience, with over 50 projects completed in the past seven years. We have specialized in office space, restaurants, automotive, and retail stores from the beginning. Our efficiency and quality in commercial construction have made us the contractor of choice in the Southwest. We were recognized as one of the Best Retail Contractors of 2020 by General Contractors Magazine due to the extensive work in the Southwest.

Finance. EPX has constructed two new buildings for WestStar Bank and one for Teachers Federal Credit Union in El Paso.

Services. EPX has completed several retail service spaces, including salons, gyms, and auto centers. Lube-X-Press is a repeat client; we have constructed nine stand-alone facilities for them in El Paso.

Restaurants – Quick Service. With over 20 projects completed in this category, quick-service restaurants are the bread and butter of EPX’s portfolio.

Restaurants – Fast Casual. Sit-down restaurants add to the depth of the service portfolio. EPX has worked with local companies such as The Reagan and The Shack Wings & Brews. A repeat client, we have completed three restaurants built with shipping containers for The Shack. We have also worked with corporate companies, including The Melting Pot, Medici’s, and Saltgrass Steak House.
